Avengers Infinity War - Connecting Iron Man, Vision, and Thanos

Some thoughts I had on Avengers Infinity War and the currently untitled Avengers 4:
PLEASE comment your thoughts in the comments section :)

The old Infinity War Infinity Stone poster had each of the 6 stones shown with the connected hero reflected inside it. Dr. Strange is reflected in the Time Stone, Star Lord in the Power Stone, Captain America in the Space Stone, etc. but they show Tony Stark reflected inside the Soul Stone. A lot of people chalked this up to simple merchandising since Iron Man is such a huge character, but I don't think Marvel was that cavalier about the choice.

Jarvis was created by Tony as a simple AI program,
yet Jarvis had the power to defeat the AI code sourced directly from the Mind Stone, aka Ultron, as was proven both in the creation of Vision and the defense of the world's nuclear codes. Age of Ultron made it very clear that the Mind Stone had a sort computer program inside it which then wrote itself into the Ultron mission platform created by Tony. Jarvis' power in comparison to a program literally created by an Infinity Stone is perplexing to say the least.

Then, in Infinity War, when Thanos recognizes Tony Stark, he says that Iron Man isn't the only one "cursed with knowledge", which frankly is an odd thing to say to anyone - much less Tony. We also have evidence that Infinity Stones are able to communicate with certain individuals, as Vision was able to sporadically understand the messages and warnings the Mind Stone was trying to send him. Plus, Thanos and Red Skull (and possibly others) were able to communicate with the Soul Stone in order to learn that it needed to exact a price in order for one to gain control of the stone, even so far as to call it a "wisdom". Red Skull also remarked ominously that the Space Stone had rejected him as "unworthy", tone implying that the Space Stone spoke to him in some way as well.

Perhaps the curse of knowledge Thanos was referring to was in fact a realization that the Soul Stone had chosen to communicate "wisdom" to Tony Stark, namely how to create Jarvis using a sort of Soul Source Code. With this curse of knowledge Tony might be able to rebuild Vision who may be instrumental in taking down Thanos in Avengers 4.

The ultimate importance of Iron Man, and what ever skill or knowledge he possesses is made all the more clear by Dr. Strange's sudden reversal on his earlier pledge to sacrifice Tony Stark in order to save the Time Stone, choosing to save Iron Man's life and claiming it was the "only way" and also ominously remarking about the Avengers entering the "endgame" in his last moments. Whatever Dr. Strange saw in those 14 million plus possible futures seems to have assured him that Tony Stark and whatever skill or knowledge he possesses was absolutely essential to defeating Thanos.
